Can I view my child’s health record in MyChart?
Yes. This is called Proxy Access and allows a caregiver or family member to log into his/her personal MyChart account, and then connect to information regarding the child. A Proxy Application Form must be completed and returned to one of our medical facilities to request access to MyChart. For more information and to download the proxy forms, visit MyChart.

Yes, if you have been given proxy access you can log onto MyChart to view statements and pay bills. If you have not been given proxy access you can pay as a guest.
